I was born and raised in the Lake Tahoe Area. I was a student in the Truckee schools from K-12. Having grown up here, like many other kids, I couldn't wait to get out into the 'real world.' I had dreams of the bright lights and big city. After graduation from Truckee High School I was accepted into UCLA. I was ecstatic to be moving to the city, with all of the people, opportunities, and hustle and bustle. I am very proud of the things I learned and achieved while living in Los Angeles. I graduated from UCLA in 1998 with a degree in Math and Economics. My friends and I started our own fraternity, which has continued to prosper and is now our legacy on the UCLA Campus. I worked for three years as a financial advisor for two Fortune 100 Corporations, Lincoln Financial Group, and Merrill Lynch.

However, through all of these achievements I began to realize something was missing from my life. It took 8 years of living in Los Angeles to realize what a treasure the Lake Tahoe area is. There is no other place in the world like it. I now choose to live surrounded by the most beautiful mountains, lakes, and rivers in the world. I have access to world-class ski areas in the winter and world-class golf courses in the summer. I can go kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, etc., all at a moments notice. And, after a day filled with all these indulgences, I can enjoy a cool evening sitting on my deck, drinking a Guinness, and staring at the most beautiful, star-filled, sky I have ever seen.

I moved back to Truckee in October of 2001. I'm now lucky enough to be living in paradise and working with my father, who has been a Real Estate Agent in the area since 1984. His experience and knowledge is invaluable to both clients and myself. I'm very excited about having the opportunity to share my love of the place I live with you. When I was young I asked myself why someone would ever want to live in Truckee. Now I ask myself why anyone would live anywhere else.

Deal Operations Specialist

Our Deal Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions. This dedicated professional is responsible for data entry and transaction processing, meticulously creating and managing listings and pending transactions. By maintaining large volumes of information across various real estate-specific databases, they ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date. They also review and audit documentation, enter information, and upload documents and photos into the local MLS, while managing transactions within our operating system and communicating with Sales Associates regarding any incomplete files.

In addition to their data management duties, our Deal Operations Specialist provides invaluable support to our agents. Working closely with branch office administrative staff and Agent Services staff, they ensure data accuracy and compliance, preventing errors and maintaining the integrity of our records. They are always ready to offer customer support to our agents and supporting staff, addressing any questions and ensuring compliance with required paperwork. Their role is vital in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency that our clients expect.
